Common questions
How do I add a box?
Tap the blue + button at the bottom-right of the Boxes tab. Type a name, optionally pick a location, and tap Create Box.
How do I move a box to a different location?
Long-press the box card and tap Move to another location.
How do I delete a box?
Long-press the box card and tap Delete. The box disappears immediately and you have 4 seconds to Undo before it's permanently removed.
How do I share my boxes with someone?
Profile tab → tap your Household card to expand it → enter the person's email → tap Invite. They sign up with that exact email and they'll see your boxes automatically.
Sharing is a Pro feature.
How do I export my inventory?
Profile tab → tap Export inventory. You get a printable PDF of every location, every box, and every item — useful for moving day or insurance claims.

How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open the Settings app on your iPhone → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → BoxMate → Cancel Subscription.
The Lifetime tier is a one-time purchase and has nothing to cancel.
How do I delete my account?
Email mniel04@gmail.com with the email address on your account and we'll delete it within 30 days, per our privacy policy.
Can I use BoxMate without an account?
Yes — Get Started on the welcome screen creates a guest account that lives only on your device. Save your account anytime from the Profile tab to back it up to the cloud and enable sharing.
